AllThrive Education was born out of a deep-seated belief that the way we approach burnout and stress within social justice and community organizations needs to fundamentally change. Our journey began with years of supporting organizations grappling with these issues, and we quickly realized that organizational work culture was a significant contributing factor.

This insight led to a pivotal realization: internal transformation is just as crucial as external work. This mirror, reflecting the need for organizations to examine their own practices, sets AllThrive apart. It's not just about offering solutions; it's about fostering a deeper understanding of the systemic issues that contribute to burnout.

Our mission stems from a personal connection to the challenges faced by community organizers. Co-founded by individuals who experienced burnout firsthand, AllThrive emerged from a need for safe spaces to discuss struggles and explore sustainable practices.
